5 affirmations that will change the way you look at life!


According to a new study Queen’s University an average person has about 6000 thoughts in one day. Most of these thoughts are fleeting and unchecked. This new research could help explore how the rate at which we think can have an effect on our mental scape and other qualities of our psyche. However, whether we recognize this or not, some of these thoughts affect our mental health, wellbeing, our responses to our environment, and the way we perceive our reality on a daily basis. Taking control of these unattended thoughts will result in a healthier mental and physical life and ultimately a better version of ourselves.


Here are some positive affirmations you can say when you find yourself stuck in those thoughts. We are all subject to bad days. But there are ways we can bring ourselves back to our center.


I AM DOING BETTER THAN I THINK I AM.


We all have a tendency to be hard on ourselves, which often causes us to think we are not doing good enough as we should be. Choose to focus on your wins - not on your failures.


THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE FOR ME THAN AGAINST ME.


There will always be some people who will never appreciate you or like you. It is easy to get caught up with those who put you down and forget those who are in your corner! Let’s remember that there are way more people for us than against us who truly want the best for us.

We are all pursuing happiness. But at times we ignore the blessings that we have got. Try being thankful - it might make you smile more. And everything you need is already there. Gratitude is the key to joy!
